N.Peal offers a straightforward returns process, allowing you to return or exchange your luxury cashmere items within 28 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original N.Peal box or a secure alternative, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your parcel to the nearest authorized courier point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
